As part of our core activities, we continuously assess projects based on suitability criteria and evaluate their development potential. Projects that meet the requirements are presented to investors. In the initial phase, we provide financing for the liquidity needs until the construction rights are secured, and then we refinance through construction financing. The exit is typically achieved from the returns generated by the marketing of the land or properties.

Our target audience includes investors who have an affinity for real estate and understand project developments as a lengthy and complex process with numerous uncertainties and risks. Investors who see risks as opportunities and are capable of taking risks and carrying them over an extended period. Project durations can range from two to three years for individual projects to up to ten years for complex urban developments.
Strategically, we are currently focusing on larger urban development projects in B and C locations that are located in close proximity to train stations or otherwise have significant potential for value appreciation.
