We are committed to releasing projects sustainably
As a real estate company, we know that every project needs a solid foundation. With a sustainable mindset, we make decisions and implement our projects thoughtfully. We choose sites and materials carefully and promote the implementation of durable and energy-efficient construction methods.
Where the market and location allow, we construct our buildings to MINERGIE® standard or higher.
Wherever possible, we use renewable energies for heating and hot water production in our buildings.
Residents of our own buildings are instructed in correct ventilation behaviors. We prepare detailed evaluations with regard to energy efficiency, which we optimize at the beginning of operation.
The focus on digitalization is part of our everyday life. We use paperless processes to ensure cross-team collaboration that saves resources.
Our actions are aimed at increasing the efficiency of our projects and reducing the negative impact on our planet.
We consider it a matter of course to be able to pass on as intact a living space as possible to future generations.
